Can someone post the co ords for ALZU?

Hello fellow gyronaughts.

I need advice for a suitable helmet and head set for my gyro. I find at 100 MPH the noise from the engine is really loud. What are you you guys using that works to reduce the engine noise?

I'm looking to buy a helmet with integrated headsets any condition.
