I don't think there is anyone who does not remember the first solo and the nerves that go with it. Its something not easily forgotten and cannot be explained to anyone who has never been there.

I have had seven car/bike accidents and zero aircraft incidents. You be the judge....

I totally agree with FO Gyro

The people have given you valuable advice. Don't ignore it!! Some years ago there was an airliner with over 180 that crashed killing all because these little creatures decided the aircraft was a suitable home and messed up their instrument readings with fatal results!!

Remember its your life on the line. Don't skip if you don't have to!!
