I am very excited with this technology, as for many years I have been dreaming of electrical motors for aircraft. In the hopefully not too distant future we may see electrical motors with Rotax 912 performance with 5 hours endurance - JP, good luck with your venture and please keep us updated. Are y...

It is this part of trike flying that I was worried about the most, but I managed three landings today and it doesn't seem that difficult as I imagined. Only time will tell, but I am fe...

Must be a big effort to do a pre-flight on that aerie to inspect all the nuts & bolts when everything is enclosed. Looks like provision has been made for inspection holes.

Is it still trike flying if you do not have dead bugs on the visor of your helmet? puff

Great stuff! I saw some photos of it, the light-blue and white one? I had my second session this morning, and am a bit stiff fighting the abundance of wind that was there for all to enjoy. Updated my blog with my experiences. Had a minor runway excursion during one of my high-speed taxi runs (yeah, ...

DTA Voyageur II

Hi everyone, I spotted a photo of this type in a local magazine recently, and also saw that Mike Blyth and Oliver Aubert did the South to South expedition using the DTA Voyageur II. Any local knowledge or info will be interesting. Looks like a very tough design, and the single pillar is quite a uniq...
