Re: Clip of landing on mountain (STOL)
HI Mogas
Not the one, but still very impressive. I think it was possibly the same aircraft type. The one I'm looking for was landed on a hill. Take off was +- 10 metres.
Thanks Mogas

Clip of landing on mountain (STOL)
3-4 months ago there was a post of an aircraft landing on a mountain slope and also taking of with extreme STOL performance.
I have searched high and low but cannot seem to find this. Does anyone have the link to this?

Re: Radio noise on Microair M760
Thank you Paul and Weedy. Will try over week-end. Paul, just want to ask, if I need to adjust on the radio, does this sound like the Tone or Power Output that needs adjustment? I presume the problem is too much power as the RPM drops. My assumption is that the high output interfears with RPM meter. ...

Radio noise on Microair M760
Flying a Jabiru with Microair M760 radio. The past few flights I started to notice inconsistent radio behaviour. When transmitting, RPM drops. Usually on the ground everything sounds perfect, however when flying and transmitting others struggle to hear me. I also notice that my own voice in the head...

Aircraft Batteries
Is an aircraft battery a standard 12v battery (same as motorbikes etc) or a special type?

Transponder installation
I just bought a used transponder - KT76A. The seller did not include cables. Apparently this comes with the encoder.
Is this a standard cable? Will it be included with the encoder? I didn't even know I had to buy a seperate encoder.
Thank you in advance for any assistance.

Re: Koala 2 seater for sale
Hi Duck
I am a PPL pilot, and excuse my ignorance on MPL. If it can be flown on PPL : Is this a Non Type certified aircraft? May it be flown over built-up areas?
Stall speed?
Max all-up weight?
Any known issues?
