Re: Building the Safari in Maputo
Hi Guys,
Due to a great lack of time, I have safely take my Safari to Petit where Stephan will complete the build.
The following pictures i will post is of the last few tasks i have completed.
I am sure Stephan will keep us updated with some pics over the next few weeks!
Cheers

Re: What Prop to fit?
Thanks for the advise Gents, really keen on the de Necker, just want to run it by with Stephan (KFA).
Being based at the coast and wanting to use the Safari for medium distance cross countries, what would you fit? 72 x 50 or 72 x 52?
Thanks

Re: What Prop to fit?
Thanks Oom Boet. Some true words.
Does De Necker have a 3 blade or is it the 2 blade you referring to?
What's your opinion on the 3 blade 72" warp drive ?

What Prop to fit?
I need some advice as to what would the perfect prop to fit to a Safari with a rotax 912 ULS?
Should I go VP? Ground adjustable? I would prefer a 3 blade.
IVO VP or Warp drive ground adjustable or any suggestions?

Re: Building the Safari in Maputo
Thanks! Trust, making SURE of things before just rushing in. Stephan will be doing the wings, engine and electronic installation. Anyway, my door is abit different to yours, as I said I have a window frame installed on in the door frame. Now if I fit the window that it stops just under the but rib, ...
