What a great answer, thank you very much. I will also measure the Warp that I tested and deduce the pitch based on this calc. The Warp seemed to be less fuel efficient hence the preference for the P prop but let me check that angle first.

Hi Duck yip the rpm is correct, when we flew it the prop did not unload and the rpm only went up by 50rpm to 6500 - so still not 100%. I don't know if the low qnh of late has anything to do with it. The fuel flow meter says 8.4l/h @ 50mph 5070rpm. I like to also try a higher pitched prop just to see...
