Due to circumstances my PPC with Rotax 582 bluetop was not used for several months- like 7 or so.
Any special precautions when I start her up now for the first time?

I took the carbs apart and cleaned everything with carb cleaner. It is better and I was able to get to 6300rpm but with very small and carefull throttle increases. I think balancing or synchronising of the carbs needs to be done also. The moment I apply rapid throttle it simply stops. Kalahari, When...

Did one of the carbs needles not perhaps came loose, in other words, if you pull the throttle the plunger move upwards but the needle remain stuck in the main jet? What happen when you pull the choke when you try to rev it? I have checked the needles and they are moving freely. I have not tried to ...

I have checked the jets - seems nice and clean and open.
I think it must be something in the carb but can't identify the problem.
Any other ideas?
