My Aerotrike Cobra (582) has the hang point in the middle but has similar RPM. 4900 solo and 5100-5200 with pax. Max revs are 6450.

Hey Paul, sounds really cool! Unfortunately on 28th I have a longer flight planned - Australia. Might upgrade the trike for this one however!

I echo Paul's comments. Rigging and de-rigging of the wing seems to take a back seat. I've still never done it. How can you appreciate the critical parts and check them properly if you've never gone through the exercise?

Does anyone have more detail on the route for this trip? Landing/refuelling points etc? GPS coordinates?
