Re: How about a photo thread

Yes.
That facebook idea would be awesome, only if it would be a problem to do it on the forum.

HAS SOLO AGE GONE DOWN

Hi guys
I have just started my microlights lisense and I want to know has the solo age for microlights gone down to the age of sixteen or is it still at seventeen.
I know for fixed wing and helicopters you can go solo at the age of sixteen but you cant get your lisense until you are seventeen.

Thanks

Re: ARE MICROLIGHTS DANGEROUS

Hi all
Thanks so much for all your advice.

What are the cost of the thing and how exactly does it work.
Some pilots I have spoken to say that I would be wasting my money if I put one of those things on the microlight.

ARE MICROLIGHTS DANGEROUS

Hi guys Why is it that whenever I tell somebody that I am doing my microlights lisense, they say that I must be careful because it is a very dangerous way of flying. Of course we all have to be careful the way we fly, but for some reason I feel a lot safer in a microlight than a small light aircraft...

Solo age for microlights

Hi guys

Please can someone let me know what the solo age is for microlights.
I know that for fixed-wing and for choppers the age has gone from 17 to 16.
Please can you tell me if it has changed for microlights aswell..
Thanks
