Rotax 503 - Exhaust design/manufacture
The Flying Flea I am building is tractor propelled and I would like to modify the exhaust layout so that I can fit the expansion box behind the engine. i.e. between the engine and the firewall. This will require replacing the cone shaped pipe attached to the expansion box with one of a different sha...

Re: Where to buy extruded aluminuim angle
Very unlikely you will get that grade locally. I tried everywhere and eventually got from Aircraft Spruce via Placo, Lanseria.
Good luck

Hi Greenleader,

Re: CHARITY BEGINS HERE........
Hi guys
I am looking for some rib lacing thread. A reel costs R460 and is a huge amount! Anyone with a left over?
Also 13m 4" fabric tape and 8m 3'' bias tape. (The stuff sells in 50yd rolls). I will happily pay.

Re: Painting advice, please?
Hi RV4ker, This afternoon I visited Skyworx Aviation at FAKR and saw some really beautiful paintwork, including a RV. They have their own paint system which is water based. They will supply the paint or do the whole job. I won't comment on the system as I don't have the full story but it looks like ...
