so feedback on this...me dad was a military man, and a manged to find some old parade gloves, leather of course.... cut of the thumb, cut a small hole in it on side, cable tie it to the mic boom, over the current muff, problem solved it seems! thanks everyone! Thats a great idea- thanks wackomedic9...

Hi cjkrit when mine stands for a while i ensure to turn the motor by hand (mags off) for a good couple of turns just to get the parts moving again and some lubrication distributed. Additionally make sure your air filters are cleaned as they can accumulate a lot of dust; drain and check the carb bowl...

Assuming you flew at a steady 60 mph that's 50 hours flying time

Hi... as a microlight/ npl pilot what would I need to do to get certified (apart from the type certification) I would take a guess needing to do Comm and also AG ?

Duck.... heres a question for you My 582 DCDI with Bings has been well running up in JHB region for many years... (eg approx 5000-7500ft) without issue If i fly down to the coast or lowveld (ie Much lower altitudes than "usual" ) will i need to (at some point) change jets or do the carbs compensate ...
