Did Just Batteries repack the batteries as well?

Hi The VXA-300 cannot be charged via the 12V cig lighter adapter, but it should be able to power the radio It is not a charger As soon as you plug it in, it disconnects the battery, switching the radio off The radio should come on when you plug the adapter into a 12V cig lighter, but wont it charge ...
