Free online fleet reservation service

Hi,

I've created an online reservation service for aircraft co-owners or flying clubs. It is free and has been used in France since the beginning of 2009. It is available in English as well so if you want to use it, email me.

Details

I hope that it will be useful for some of you too.

Aircraftpool

You must know what carpool is. Why not do it by air with your aircraft? First, I'd like to know whether you may advertise spare seats in your aircraft during private flights in the RSA? Then, if allowed, would you use a website to offer these spare seats? Here in Europe, regulations depend on the co...

800 airfields data. Have you added your input?

HI Just a word to remind you that this interactive airfield directory (http://nav3000.free.fr) is based on information sharing between pilots. You can (should, in my opinion  ) add info about your own airfield and also benefit from information added by other pilots about more than 800 RSA airf...

3D Display for the on line route planner

My site (Nav3000) has been including a route planner for quite a bit of time. This route planner displays a google map showing your route and the nearby airfield, with color-coded information. Several hundreds of RSA airfields and strips are included, thanks to members of this forum. What's new is t...

Microlighters safer than certified aircraft ?

A study, in France, published by the DGAC (our CAA) states that microlight pilots care more about safety than PPL. PPl seem to rely too much on regulation and to think that since it's legal, it's safe. Microlights having very little regulation in France, their pilots have to be careful by themselves...

Problems with euroVFR.com : new URL

I've had a problem with my domain name, euroVFR.com, while I was off for a few days. The domain expired and the society which was supposed to prorogate it lost my check. :x I seize this opportunity to turn euroVFR back to its original name : Nav3000. EuroVFR was less and less european anyway, with s...

:) This saves me a bit of work. However, a simple note won't be noticeable on the maps, and won't enable to search airfields WITH 95 unleaded. Features already available for 100LL. I'm going to ask the same question in other countries and see if the situation is the same. Maybe you'll benefit from a...

Re: On lineoute planner + question about gas.

Very few places that microlighters visit have fuel for sale. So it's either carry your own or arrange for some on the way. When are you coming to visit RSA? Unfortunately, no plan to visit RSA in a near future. In your opinion, it would be useless to make a distinction between places w...

On line route planner + question about gas.

:) Thanks to those who have added data in the euroVFR database. More and more every week for South Africa You can also use it, for exemple the route planner: http://nav3000.free.fr/moteur/log.php I have a question: I'd like to make euroVFR a more microlighters friendly site. (Although many features ...

List your workshop for free in an online airfields directory

Hi It's completely free. I can't guarantee that it'll bring you hundreds of customers, but all it'll cost you is a few minutes of your time. http://www.euroVFR.com is basically an airfield directory, (although many other features have been added along the way). In each airfield card pilots find usef...

Thanks.
Again, I wish that more info was fed into the database by other pilots. Everyone would benefit from it: more info FROM you = more users, hence more info FOR you.
